you get what you pay for, it’s not dirt cheap but for what you’re paying It is good quality

On the website it said the return would be £2.50 they’ve charged me £7 which is a shame because the quality of the boots were very good they just didn’t suit me. I’d be very reluctant to buy from again

Love my shoes got what I was expecting and it fits perfectly I gave it 4 starts because it came 3 days late but other than that everything was perfect

I loved my experience with Simmi. I got my shoes a few days earlier than expected which was good. My shoes were so comfortable and looked so cute on. They ran true to size. Loved them!

The strap at the toes are WAY TO TIGHT for any feet I think you guys need to look into that as most of the shoes I’ve bought from you always have the same issue I was so happy with the shoe fit it’s self Untill the strap was extreme tight nesrly stopping my blood circulation!

The order arrived in optimal condition and even before the shipping date, but i have wanted to be informed before because i was not aspectig it before and i can not take the pack that at final i take the order the day preconcerted. But all in all the service was good, the shoes are like i saw in the website the material is good. Now i have to try it.

Rubbish, Ordered some beautiful advertised heels. It came damaged, the gems coming off and it looked so tacky. So i’m being charged to return an error made my Simmi London. This will be my first and last time ordering from them.

Both heels were very uncomfortable and doesn’t fit right. The piece between the toe was in the middle of the shoe therefore the other 4 toes were squashed together.

Excellant company they deliver on time... there shoes are well made sturdy comfortable the service are one in a million order within two days and i had my delivery today fab selection of shoes/boots to suit all ages Thankyou guys keep up the hardwork

the shipping is quick and the shoes are beautiful!!! i had a trip planned and bought shoes for it last minute the week of. I was so pleased to get my items a day earlier than expected too!

The delivery was so fast, I was worried about the sizing because I’m in a 6 1/2, I ended up getting size 6 and everything fit perfectly. I ordered 4 pairs and they are all so comfy.

Lovely brand unfortunately the zephyr boots are just a little bit too big for my legs I am really skinny I'm a size 8 was hoping they would fit trying to put the weight on to fit in them but apart from that speedy delivery, lovely shoes I will be getting my shoes and boots from here brilliant brand! X

I ordered my size in shoes and the shoe fit way too big and I needed to take them back and get a smaller size. The return policy is to return them and buy another pair when you get your money back. The shoes cost $42 and some change and the shipping to take the shoes back would have been $250 since I live in the states, although this is a shipping issue I am very disappointed, the shoes are beautiful and I wish they fit.

Awful shoe looks nothing like online
Actually separated my toes like they were doing the peace sign. The curvature on the shoe for the heel is so uncomfortable can’t believe anyone will be able to walk in these!

Absolutely terrible! I precisely ordered a pair of Arabella Gold Clear Diamante Sculpted Heel Mules on January 24,2023. I received an email on January 25, 2023 confirming my order shipped. 2 hours later I received a devastating email that heels that I had ordered with next day shipping were out of stock & that I would be receiving a refund. I was not offered an alternative for the heels that I ordered 2 weeks in advance for my birthday dinner.
